Very run down and needs a dam good clean. Looks like no one has maintained this place in years
Very disappointed. The butterfly were lovely but the whole place is completely run down the park is a serious heath hazard and there is a layer of grim that covers the whole place the prices are very high won't be returning.

Such a shame it's become run down. The butterflies are still beautiful, the garden walk still pretty but it's desperately in need of some renovation.
Visited here about 5 years ago and me and the wife loved it! We visited here again today and the place looked very tired. The gardens and play area needed a good makeover. However all the animals looked great and well looked after. The staff were also nice and friendly
