Elderly dog/ mummy's baby had surgery and lots of stitches but 16 days later he's bouncing about like 14 months not 14 years. Clinical and efficient but don't expect hugs and kisses
Every single time we go in my kids play "find the dead fish" I'm sure they have yet to play and find less then 8 floaters! The worst part is not that the fish have died for whatever reason it's more about the response you get from the staff who really cba to deal or be told they have missed a few on their morning rounds! If the kids could perhaps visit and not see dead/dying fish they would happily look at the live stock instead/adoption animals first
Very good service. Love our animals. Could do with communicating with the humans the animals arrive with them but the standard of animal care is spot on every time. I've been with them 2 years since my dog was a pup.
I genuinely can't thank this lot enough. Our little Sprocker Spaniel (Sprocket) Has not been the healthiest/easiest little pup, but they're so good with him. They all seem to enjoy their jobs, and genuinely care about the animals they treat, and that's a rare thing these days. Will never go anywhere else!Best,Ben
