Mark and Vicky have both treated our cat and labrador many times times over the past 5 years . Always caring, and thoroughly professional on all occasions. Highly recommended and worth changing from my previous local vet.
A busy little vets for a very good reason,theyre brilliant.
Well, this was a real let down. Quite frankly we felt very irritable when we left. And we were there for approximately two minutes.We were recommended the Surgery by a contact at Runcton Farm Shop, who we really like and who has always been brilliantly helpful. However, we popped by yesterday evening at about 4:50pm, whereby we were met with one of the rudest receptionists we have ever come across. Our opening statement when she looked up (Didn't even say hello), was something along the lines of, 'Good evening! We've been recommended to come and see you guys, as we've heard some really great things, and just wanted to find out a bit more information about your practise really!'At this point the receptionist looked at us like we were clearly dense, handed us a leaflet and said, 'Everything you should need to know is on there. I don't really understand what else you'd need.' Very taken aback, I attempted to reengage, just saying 'So does this have your pricing, etc on it?' 'Yes.' We didn't stick around, obviously. I don't know whether we were pre-judged for being a young couple, or what it was, but quite frankly, we wouldn't return on the basis of the initial reaction and treatment. A real shame - there's probably some good vets in there, but you were let down on this occasion at the first hurdle. Pretty poor really.

Mark is probably the best vet I've seen in all the years I've had dogs. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.Do not be put off by the reception staff. Get through them, and Mark is well worth the time/travel/money.
