The from my last visit, the service was very prompt and good, but the food was poor, like they could not be bothered. Added to the fact that at the entrance was, and not for the first time, greeted by smokers gathered at the front entrance. Walking through that with a kid was not an ideal start, and not ideal all together. I also took a while to get seated due to having a function being on, not that's a problem, but it just seemed like there was not enough staff to feel the need.
Great prices. Great vibe. Most of the staff are amazing. On occasion have had a bit of a flippant service. Food is generally good but occasionally disappointing. Love the breakfast but find the eggs don't really taste of anything and the waffles can be hard.
Abbie a very smiley happy waitress took my order. First class waitress well done Abbie. She shone out like a bright light. Harvester are lucky to have her in my opinion. The breakfast was nicely presented but eggs cold bacon cold which was a shame. Nice atmosphere and welcoming.
The food was amazing. We visited on Christmas Eve and the staff could not be anymore helpful or cheerful. My daughter put a coin in one of the machines they had, but unfortunately it was out of order. The lady that helped us immediately went to get her the prize she should have got. Very child friendly.
