Great pub with welcoming atmosphere and good selection of drinks and locally sourced ales. Has backdoor garden too.

Good food but mostly traditional English. Currently there's a burger and chilli on the menu as well as a non-traditional special.

Great for a meal away from home and an overnight stay. Attentive staff. Food good. Rooms clean.

Great bar. Enjoyed my mulled wine and beer. Nice atmosphere. Good size.
