I cant believe how hard it is to find a good burger...but this kitchen makes a great burger, thanks chef. The patty was fat and juicy with a spicy ketchup on the side. The triple cooked chips were a bit greasy for my palate but I feel like they would go down well with other patrons. It didnt affect my 5* rating
This pub was fantastic... I went in for lunch and had the Ham Hock Terrine and the Pork Belly. 10/10. They had a wide range of beer and other drinks available. The owner Andy was very attentive and had a service second to none... If you are in Chichester you must go
Great on quality, environment, food, drinks and customer service! Could not recommend this place more. We thought we would grab a quick roast lunch before boarding the train, and we could not have chosen any better. We came a bit early and had a great table in the back garden. Everything was immaculate despite being right at opening time. The roast lunch was excellent and perhaps one of the best weve had in England. What really made it exceptional was the care and attention from the owner, Andy who checked up on us numerous times to see how we were and if anything needed attention. In speaking with the staff, the pub is relatively new and I wish them the best as the team surely know what it takes to make a good dining experience. We will definitely be returning when we are back in Chichester.
