We visited this shop as my partner suffers from pain in his foot due to supinuation. He informed a member of staff of his problem and received very unhelpful advice. The staff member stated that; "On the first day I started work here I was told that if you superinuate you are in trouble". He went on to tell my partner that none of the shoes in the store were suited to address this problem as they were "designed to address pronation". Surely a shoe shop that is meant to help people with problem feet should be prepared to address a variety of issues and not just dismiss people who suffer from a common problem.
I went in looking for some insoles to help with supination. I was advised on some customisable insoles but this turned out to be bad advice. Unfortunately I feel achieving a sale here was more important than sound advice.
