Very helpful staff
We visited Chichester earlier this year & after a window shopping walk around the town, my wife ended up buying these rather splendid black boots from Ecco. The staff were very friendly & helpful & it turned out to be a good purchase & a good day ! The sun came out & the parking was reasonable which helped !! There is very nice ice cream shop in the same street ! PS Some people annoyingly refer to Chichester as "Chi" - but I don't.

Poor response to complaint about a pair of faulty shoes. Reluctantly gave a refund. Wont be buying Ecco shoes any more
