Cant say as id recommend, the service is shockingly poor. House has been on the market for less than a month, and have already had to start showing someone round my own house when the agent was 20 minutes late to show up. Have had viewing time changed without them actually letting me know. They dont get back to you, dont bother leaving messages with people or emailing. If you want to speak to someone in particular ring constantly or just go into branch its the only way. Headless chickens would sum it up in 2 words

Sorry but i can't be happy when at 1 day to have my house and after one intensive week of requests from the landlord and the Cubitt & West Lettings, they let the landlord pull out with out any fee for them... i was so happy and satisfy and then...everything went down...How can they do that...one day before...Sorry but i'm very disappointed ....
