As a tenant, and having experienced poor service previously, I feared the worst from the outset. Ros Healey of Tod Anstee completely allayed my fears and indeed, soon exceeded my expectations. She was polite, personable, clearly displayed a wealth of experience in estate agency lettings and made it her business to ensure that my requirements were met. If you want a professional, efficient, personable service from an agent who really listens to the customer, whether they are landlord or tenant, Tod Anstee are for you.
My previous experience with Estate Agents, has been relatively poor, from a sellers, landlord and tenants prospective. My faith however was restored with Tod Anstee. Not only have they been professional, thorough and commited throughtout the process but they were also personable and keen to understand what we required as a family and ensured that they did everything they could to adhere our needs. In particular, Anthony Ravensdale, who has by far exceeded any expections we could have had. Anthony has been fantastic throughout the process, from my endless phonecalls and dealing with my moments of panic in such a manor that put me at ease immediately, never once making me feel as though I was incoveniencing him, which to my own admittance, I must have been.All in all, a fantastic experience that I could not fault, and quite frankly puts other Estate Agents to shame, and I look forward to maintaining our relationship in the future.Lucy Coles
As a customer, I felt as though I was inconveniencing them in some way. Considering the amount of money I am looking to invest in my next property, I expect a lot more from my realtor than what Tod Anstee has to offer.
I actually thought I was going completely mad before reading the other reviews! Overall my experience of buying using this agent was extremely negative. I strongly suspect that the confidential conditions used within my offers had been shared with other buyers. A very low and untrustworthy tactic used by corrupt agents to increase the final purchase price of properties in their books. This might work in London but not in a nice friendly community such as Chichester. Will be completely disregarding property marketed by this company in future. House buying is one of the most stressful things that anyone will undertake in their lifetime, it certainly does not need to be overcomplicated by an untrustworthy agent.
