I visit my mother who lives near this shop every Saturday and run errands for her. This often includes parcels to be sent back to QVC. Wanting to support local shops, we prefer to use the One Stop on Broadway, especially since the Co-op opened nearby which must have affected the business here, which my mother has used regularly over the years. However FOUR TIMES in the last few months we have been unable to do so, and a variety of reasons have been given. 'The bag is full', 'She's on a break', 'We're closed today' and, yesterday, 'I'm too busy'. All said with an insousiance that defies belief.
Yet again they are not open when they said they would be. Every single time I go they are closed or not taking parcels. Appalling. Don't bother with them
