Friendly staff,usual post office services.
If you are lucky you will get Jean in the post office section, knowledgeable and helpful. She is lovely. But, avoid at all costs the younger man. He verbally abused me last year when I was trying to pay my paper bill, and two weeks ago abused my elderly neighbour (using the F word more than once). She was feeling quite fragile having just lost her husband. He called her a horrible old woman. Will be reporting this. Does the idiot only do this to women?
Extremely rude staff, dreadful experience. AVOID at all cost!
Service there always has a lot to be desired, however the experience of today left a particular bad taste, as I was verbally abused for standing (unawarely) in the wrong place. The shop will now be reported to both, the Premier Stores and The Post Office. A truly shocking experience, unheard of here in the UK!
