My dog loves coming in to see the girls at pets corner! Hes always greeted with lots of cuddles and treats, fantastic store and team.
I visited this store last week, I own two pugs and have been thinking about switching their diet. Walking into this store - (our first time in here) we were pleased at how clean and tidy the store appeared. We looked at the wide variety of dog foods available and were chatting between ourselves, after a little while the customer service advisor came over to see if we needed any help (her name was Jess). We explained that we were looking to change our pugs diet, but that we needed some advice as there was such a variety to choose from. Jess was so helpful in explaining all the different products and the nutritional values of each one and how they could benefit our dogs. We decided on our new brand of food (Canagan) and Jess explained how to mix the new food with the old so as not to upset our pugs. Normally I would not write a review, but due to the excellent service we received at this store - and in particular Jess who couldnt have spent more time with us (we did take our time choosing), her knowledge of the products was brilliant and she is truly a credit to the store.Would highly suggest to recommend this store to anyone - even if its just for some advice.
I use this store for my dog's food. After starting her on some other brands, we settled on Canagan because it suits her sensitive stomach very well. The staff at Pets Corner Chichester took us through the nutritional values of the different dog foods. They showed us the average cost per day and told us about what ingredients would be good for our specific breed of dog. Very helpful and we now buy all our dog food here.
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable at the Chichester store. I went in the day before getting a puppy needing EVERYTHING! A lady called Rosie helped me with everything I needed so my puppy got the best start. She's now 8 months and doing very well on the Canagan food recommended by the Pets Corner staff and with all her bedding, toys and treats being very much enjoyed. Thank you!
Nice little shop, was quiet when I went in and the girl working was lovely and very friendly. The only problem I had was when I pulled in to the car park I didn't notice the glass wine bottle until I ran over it. I reported this to the girl working, and she said that she went out there not even an hour before to clear up the car park and it was completely clear. She said they have a problem with the car park being used in an undesirable manner. Nice little shop, shame some locals use the area.
