Very helpful staff that will go out of their way to get you the product you want. Always happy to see my dog that they all remember by name. They give weight friendly treats and always serve us with a smile.

A pet superstore with a personal touch . Although busy the staff at this store are always friendly and helpful. Range of products to suit most domestic pets. Non paying carpark is adjacent. Included within the store is a pet grooming parlour though their services should be booked well in advance.
Bought some fish. Bought 5 fish and four were dead within the week. Mentioned to staff about a dead fish in one of their tanks and over 45mins later the fish was still there. Also either understaffed or very lazy as no one was really worried about doing anything around the shop. Regret going and wasting all that money - just greatful the 1 fish left is safe and well x
I use pet's at home all the time! Brilliant staff always helpful,great delivery service if it's over 25 pound,shop has all you could need for your pet's and they have a vet in the store,and easy parking outside!! Love this shop!!
