Steve provides a personal service offering advice but without being pushy to sell you a bike. I visited the ebike centre three times before I finally took the plunge and bought a Gazelle which I can honestly say is one of my best purchases ever. I live in a hilly area and my bike exceeds all my expectations when I need that extra assistance. If anyone is thinking of buying an electric bike, then I cant express enough that they need to go and buy one from Steve.

Brilliant ebike store with lots of models on show, all of which you can try in their yard. Steve is really friendly and helpful and has a great personal story about why he now sells ebikes. Can't recommend this place highly enough - we bought a Diamondback for my wife and she loves it. I have a Haibike and can honestly say that it has given me back that feeling you get when you are a child - freedom and enjoyment. I bought a bike just over a year ago from ebikes (a folding Free Go) and it has been an absolute joy. My husband is a keen cyclist so at last I can travel with him. I have used it along the south coast, in western France and am about to go to Northern Spain with it. I can do about 35 miles using the battery and some pedal power, and on this trip I am going to take the charger on my cycle rides to try to extend that during my lunch breaks!
