I originally rented a container for six months but in fact had it for a year. It was spotless, dry and all my belongings - soft furnishings, linen, pillows and cushions came out exactly as they went in. There was no dampness or mildew or any of the things I feared. David Rusbrisge was always helpful, polite and available for any questions I had and most accommodating when my plans changed. I have no hesitation in highly recommending First Storage.
My wife and I live outside the UK and have now had a storage unit here for over 8 years. It quite out of the way but the 24hr access is great for us to come back to the UK and sort / add / remove items whenever we want. Security is good with CCTV and the price has always been a great bargain. Dealing with 1st Chichester Storage has always been easy and straight forward with a very flexible management and it has suited us 100%. We will continue to rent with them till we maybe one day return.
The storage units are fab - strong, secure, weatherproof. To have 24 hour access is really great. Dave is very helpful & once helped me repair a puncture when I was there - going above & beyond!
I've used a few storage facilities in the past, I can honestly say David is helpful and accommodating in every aspect, I will be using my unit for several years... Would I recommend? Most definitely!!! If you need storage this is the place to contact first, without doubt!!!!
