Very large caravan site. Located about 1/4 mile from the sea. Which is easily accessible via the road outside the site. A part time cafe is joined by an arcade and a clubhouse. Entertainment is sporadic and normally on a Friday.
Quiet, friendly, lots of space for kids to play or to spread out and have a barbecue. Could do with a site shop for papers and essentials.
A quiet place to bring the family. Close to the coast. There is a bar, arcade, launderette and waste disposal on site.My only negative is that when it rains more than a little the surrounding grass gets waterlogged. Not a major thing but potentially inconvenient.
It is a lovely peaceful place with the beach and East Wittering just down the road. Have been coming here since I was a child. Unfortunately, there is nothing to do onsite if you have children, though it is great to get the children out in the fresh air or on their bikes. Plenty of field space for outdoor games and the club house is now open more regularly. As most people own their caravans here, you do tend to see the same faces so it has a real community feel.
