WORST BUILDERS EVER- WARNING AVOID! We employed Ibuild Jamie & Andy to carry out a small extension in Chichester in 2015. Having started the work in September to our family home on the 19th December they left the key in the door and did not return leaving our family home with no kitchen, loose wires, structural defects, unsecure openings to the elements. When followed up with check a trade Andy & Jamie were not willing to come back and finish the job as quoted after taking 95% of the money they were owed for the job. We were left with 5k left to pay them which ended up costing 50k to finish and rectify. Check a trade were not helpful. Andy & Jamie said they had under estimated the job but never asked for any more money or refunded the money they took! They just left with no warning or discussion a young family with a baby in this unsafe environment.If you want the peace of mind that you will get a quality build finished in time and within your agreed budget I would really avoid these cowboy builders!
