Clearly makes up the prices on the spot and decides whether or not to rip you off. No menus on offer which is never a good sign!
Was over an hour late, missing my two big bottles of drink that i paid for, our food was is stone cold! When telling the delivery man i order two big bottles of drink and telling him my order he said hold on ill go to my car and ill get them. Whilst he went to his car, we checked our food to find it its cold! Whilst i waited for him to return with my drinks, so i could tell him id like a refund because of all the issues i saw him drive off in his car!! Very poor service i will not be ordering or coming in to collect from here again, i will how ever be coming in the next day your open and demanding a refund, for the cold food i reseved and my two drinks that i payed for and havent been given. Oh and you can keep the job you offered me when i was last in your shop. Completly disgusting
If you are looking forward to enjoy your takeaway night please follow my advice and order from somewhere else.Dont let them to ruin your precious time waiting for cold food or no food at all.They dont understand that because of the customers they have salaries.They dont care that you are hungry and definitely they wont say sorry to you for keep waiting.I waited FOR my order 1 h and after that they push my order with another 30 min...I waited for another 30 min and after that guess what No Food.So I tried to call them and they declined my phone calls.I call just eat 10 minutes waiting and I was the first in the queue.After going on their chat they tried to call the restaurant and the owner sad...Well if he is not happy he can cancel the order.They really dont care, so order from somewhere else.
