Sales person sent my invoice and receipt to the wrong client! They then forwarded to me and said, apologies, we sent your receipt to the wrong person. When I asked for an explanation, I received none and had to call the store. Spoke to one of the partners there who said, it was an honest mistake, what do you want me to do? He sounded irritated that I was even concerned about my information being sent to the wrong person. Eventually, begrudgingly, offered an apology.In an age where automated POS systems are the norm, this is a joke. If you find something you like and don't mind the order handled by a very unprofessional and antiquated staff with awful systems, I'd avoid. Too many other good places to buy wine from.
