Had an appointment for 9am had to wait until 9:45 to get seen and had a dog walking around which I love animals but shouldn't have one walking around in a nappy at a salon specialy when a member of staff dropped highlight foil on floor the put it in somones hair

They should feel ashamed with themselves - My father being a 76 year old man booked himself in for a haircut and was charged 25. They discounted 5 off but regardless, for the quick tidy up of which it was - He was completely ripped off. I am so angry about this but my father being elderly did not want me and my brother to complain. It's a disgrace and a con - Every person I have told is shocked. We will make sure that he will never go there again and spread the word of what rip-off merchants they are. Taking advantage of the elderly and vulnerable!
